Information on the procedure
Anyone has the right to request the accessibility of a digital website, mobile application or any element thereof. It is also possible to request that the information be made available through an alternative means of accessibility, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without an audio-description, etc.
The request should include
- the identity of the person making the request
- an indication of the relevant website or mobile application
- the contact method
The public entity should comply with the request without delay, but no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall inform the person making the request without delay when it will be possible to comply with the request, but the deadline shall not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If digital accessibility is not possible, the public body may propose an alternative means of accessing the information.
Where a public entity refuses to comply with a request to ensure accessibility or an alternative means of accessing the information, the person making the request may lodge a complaint about the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, a request may also be made to the Ombudsman..

Dostępność architektoniczna obiektu:
- Budynek ma 1 wejście niedostosowane dla osób ze szczególnymi potrzebami.
- Komunikacja pionowa w budynku – 1 klatka schodowa. W holach i korytarzach wyposażenie mogące stanowić utrudnienie w swobodnym poruszaniu się. W budynku brak toalety dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami.
- W holu głównym znajduje się portiernia, w której można uzyskać pomoc i informację.
- Budynek nie posiada parkingu.
- Obiekt jest dostępny dla osoby korzystającej z psa asystującego.
- W UJ można skorzystać z tłumacza polskiego języka migowego. Usługa jest dostępna w godzinach 7:30-15:30. W celu zapewnienia lepszego komfortu tłumaczenia, należy zgłosić do Centrum Dostępności UJ zapotrzebowanie na skorzystanie z usług tłumacza z wyprzedzeniem. Skorzystanie z usługi jest bezpłatne.
